Before you call
Do you serve islands other than Kauai?
Yes. Kauai is our home base and where we do the most same-day field work, but we support clients on Oahu, Maui, and Hawaii Island with remote management and scheduled on-island visits.
Do you work with residential customers?
Our focus is business and organizational clients, including residential and corporate campuses served as private area networks. For a single home, call and we will tell you honestly whether we are a fit.
Can you take over a network someone else built?
Regularly. We start with a documented assessment of what is in place, tell you what is worth keeping, and give you a plan with priorities rather than a rip-and-replace quote.
How does a project usually start?
A conversation, then a site visit if it makes sense. You get a written scope with what it does, what it costs, and how long it takes before anyone orders equipment.
What are your support hours?
Standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm HST. Maintenance agreements can include extended and after-hours coverage — ask when you call.
