Hawaii Wireless is a locally owned and operated communications service provider based in Lihue, on the island of Kauai.
Who we are
Founded in 1999, Hawaii Wireless has spent more than two decades delivering tailored internet connectivity, telephone service, and systems integration to businesses across the Hawaiian Islands. We are small on purpose: the person who scopes your project is usually the person who installs it and the person who answers when you call about it.
Our mission is straightforward — give local enterprises reliable, secure, and efficient technology so they can get on with running their business. No enterprise sales theater, no six-week ticket queues, no explaining your own network to a new technician every time.
How we work
Every engagement starts with understanding what you actually do. A dive shop, a property management office, a medical practice, and a construction firm all need “internet and phones,” and all four need something different. We scope from the workflow backward rather than from a product sheet forward.
Then we design it, install it, document it, and support it. When something needs to change — a new suite, another island, a headcount jump — the system was built to accommodate that.

Where we work
Our home base is Lihue, and Kauai is where we do the most hands-on work — site surveys, installs, and same-day service calls. We also support clients on Oahu, Maui, and Hawaii Island, with remote management and scheduled on-island visits for projects and maintenance.
